New Artistic Research Project

March 2026

A new artistic research project has been launched.

During my two-year stay in the Gulf region, I spent much time snorkeling — an experience that deeply inspired my new project, “On Oceans.” The work brings together video, painting and interviews, exploring our relationship with the sea and its fragile ecosystems.

A first small insight will be presented at the exhibition from June 11–14, 2026 at the gallery Erster Erster in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg, Pappelallee 69 .

Three image films for the Institute of Sociology at TU Berlin have now been published, which I produced in close cooperation with the institute in a participatory approach, together with Thomas Adebahr and Henrik Aleith.
