PAINTING WORKSHOPS

I provide a diverse range of painting workshops, catering to various approaches. These encompass classic techniques, focusing on composition, color, and shapes. Additionally, I offer workshops that delve into intuitive methods, integrating tools like meditation to minimize direct control over the painting process, fostering a deeper connection to one's creative intuition.

INTUITIVE COLORFIELD PAINTING

In the 'Intuitive Colorfield Painting workshop,' I draw upon extensive teaching experience in art, complemented by training in theta healing and emotional body healing (2018). Beyond traditional painting techniques and color theory, I facilitate the exploration of one's intuition through meditation. Participants learn various meditation techniques tailored for use during the painting process, resulting in the creation of multiple paintings throughout the workshop. Workshop durations range from 4 hours to three days. Since 2018, I have conducted 'Intuitive Colorfield painting' workshops in diverse settings, including sessions with artists in Muscat/Oman and with laypeople in Berlin.

EMOTIONAL BODY HEALING + PAINTING

In the "Emotional Body Healing + Painting" workshop, participants will learn the five steps of the trauma-revealing process known as "Emotional Body Healing" and apply these steps to create a large-sized painting. The workshop also includes breathwork, Kundalini yoga, and breath walks. Designed as an art therapy session, this workshop is ideal for individuals seeking to address and heal their traumas. Participants should have prior experience with meditation. The workshop spans a full day (8 hours), including a lunch break and two coffee breaks. With a maximum of five participants, it offers an intimate setting for sharing experiences and traumas.

COLLECTIVE PAINTING

In the "Collective Painting" workshop, participants will create a collective painting using a conceptual approach. The artwork will be developed in layers.
Participants will form groups, share collective memories, and choose one memory to work on and translate into a painting. Before starting to paint, participants will receive an introduction to color theory, composition, and painting tools. This workshop is designed as a team-building event, promising lots of fun and creativity.
